Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Architecture from a recognised technical institution.
• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in supervision of construction works.
• Competent in preparing inspection reports, site instructions and sketch details.
• Ability to coordinate and work with other members of site supervisory team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

Job Description:

• To maintain R.F.I. and V.O records.  
• To carry out quality control on all materials delivered and used in the works as required by the specifications and maintaining proper records.
• To compile list of unsatisfactory/defective works (Non-Conformance Report) to Project Manager and/or Resident Engineer for onward transmission to Contractor for action.
• To maintain and update records of unsatisfactory/defective works (Non-Conformance Report) and follow up accordingly until rectification works are done satisfactorily.
• To receive instructions from Consultants and upon approval from the Project Manager and/or Resident Engineer, act on it immediately and accordingly.  
• To compile a comprehensive Schedule of Defects prior to practical completion of the project.  
• To monitor and inspect all items in the Schedule of Defects to ensure satisfactory compliance by Contractor.
