ASSISTANT MANAGER

DIVISION OF PROGRAMME PROMOTION (SUNGAI LONG CAMPUS)

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Graphic Design/Multimedia
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
  • Able to work independently to support all advertising and publicity activities for all printed and digital promotional materials
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same industry

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop printed and digital promotional materials
  • Maintain DPP webpage and external websites update
  • Assist in administrative tasks in Advertising and Publicity unit, including filing, inventory check and document processing
  • Involve in programme counselling and other university activities
  • Any other task as assigned by the University from time to time
