ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

DEPARTMENT OF STUDENT AFFAIRS (SUNGAI LONG CAMPUS)

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in a related field
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience
  • Willing to work on weekends

Job Description:

  • Manage the gymnasium and sports equipment/stock tracking
  • Manage all major sports events organised by UTAR
  • Manage UTAR sports team for external competition, invitation and internal training
  • Monitor Clubs & Societies for their event needs, advising and ensuring all activities conformed to UTAR rules and regulations
  • Any other duties as assigned by the University from time to time
