ASSISTANT MANAGER

DIVISION OF HUMAN RESOURCE (SUNGAI LONG CAMPUS)

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management / Human Capital Management / Human Potential Management or a related field
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
  • Preferable with HR experience

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for sourcing and screening CVs / applications for vacant post through advertising in UTAR website and other websites
  • Prepare manpower planning report for all faculties
  • Assist in handling Annual Promotion Exercise
  • Administer and coordinate matters related to staff confirmation, performance linked rewards scheme
  • Check staff’s conformity against the confirmation criteria (KPI/KRA) as set out in UTAR’s confirmation policies
  • Responsible to all assigned duties and responsibilities such as administration of Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and forms for Employee Relations Unit
  • Administration of Staff Handbooks and administration of Staff Orientation activities
  • Management of Staff Disciplinary
  • Any other duties as assigned by the University from time to time
