Education is the key factor for the success and development of the country and the people, regardless of race, MCA president Datuk Dr Ling Liong Sik said.

He said that the community, regardless of race and religion, knew the importance of education for their future.

Dr Ling was very touched to see so many people with love in their hearts for education. He added that it's not how much they gave, but it was their love for education, their commitment and what they felt in their heart which was the most important for the future of the younger generation.
