Minister's Donation Touches Ling

A Cabinet minister donated RM20,000 to UTAR fund but chose to remain anonymous; Datuk Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik expressed his gratitude to the minister.

In another incident, MIC president Datuk Seri Samy Vellu donated RM10,000 to UTAR when Datuk Seri Dr Ling visited him in Sungai Siput recently.
