UTAR Council Chairman Datuk Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik hoped to see UTAR developing courses in pre-school studies for its Bachelor of Arts degree programme.

Datuk Seri Dr Ling said that such programmes would open up opportunities for diploma holders who wished to further their studies locally, especially those from the Centre of Early Childhood Education (CECE) Institute.
