Objectives

The objectives of Miracle Baby Programme are:
i) To plan, coordinate and manage a sustainable programme that facilitates, funds and supports the arrangement of patients with CHD for surgical treatment in suitable hospitals abroad;
ii) To provide administrative support that will implement the programme in collaboration with MOH and participating hospitals.
UTAR has sourced a reputable partner 'Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital' (www.srisathyasaisanjeevani.org) in Naya Raipur, India to offer child heart surgery with a state of the art cardiac hospital, at a very affordable cost.
The Child Heart Care unit (www.srisathyasaisanjeevani.org/heartcare.html) in Sai Sanjeevani Hospital entails and offers non-invasive diagnostic cardiology services and surgical treatment of congenital heart diseases. The Centre has lessened the burden of CHD from a large number of children brought to the Hospital from local and neighboring states in India since its establishment in February 2014 has conducted 2,382 pediatric cardiac surgeries.
