Sungai Kroh – English and IT training
On 16 June 2012, in Sungai Kroh New Village, 22 WCWA volunteers, led by DSSC staff, spent their Saturday teaching Chinese primary schoolchildren English and IT with computer teaching aids.
The volunteers brought along a laptop computer and LCD projector to conduct the three-hour training workshop. They started workshop with an icebreaking session to get close to the children followed by a lesson on basics of English grammar and a lesson on listening and speaking.
