Dr. Low is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Accountancy and Administration at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman. She is an accomplished academic whose research expertise spans Organisational Behaviour, Micro-level CSR, Ethics and Social Responsibility, and Human Resource Management. She effectively integrates her teaching and research roles, maintaining an active profile in high-impact research, reputable journal publications, and consultancy projects.

Her scholarly work has been published in leading international journals such as Education and Information Technologies, Business Ethics, the Environment and Responsibility, Quality and Quantity, and Social Responsibility Journal, among others, reflecting both the quality and relevance of her research contributions. In postgraduate supervision, she has demonstrated strong mentorship and academic leadership, having successfully graduated three PhD students and one MPhil student.

Dr. Low’s excellence in teaching has been consistently recognised through the Teaching Excellence Award, which she has received continuously from 2022 to 2025, highlighting her sustained commitment to high-quality education and student development. In recognition of her service to the academic community, she was also honoured with the Outstanding Reviewer Award by Emerald Insights in 2025, underscoring her professional standing and dedication to advancing scholarly standards.
