I am currently working as the SAP HR Consultant in Northgate Arinso Malaysia. It is a multinational consultancy company that provides HR solutions inclusive of the software and service provider to the clients. Currently, Northgate Arinso Malaysia has about 32 offices located world wide.
I started my career working with the support desk team. From there, I moved to the implementation team and now I am the SAP HR trainer for Shell Oil Company. My current post requires me to travel extensively. I have been to countries like London, Belgium, Netherlands, China, Melbourne, Thailand, and Manila.

After experiencing the richness of the world I would like to share with my juniors an important observation: it really does not matter where you come from or whether you are a graduate from an overseas university. You determine your own success. You have to start thinking about what would you like to be when you graduate. Plan your future, gather relevant information, talk to people, brush up your communication skills and, most importantly, maintain good academic performance. Another important thing is, always be humble. Life is about learning, remember that. Last but not least, I would like to share this proverb in Chinese that I believe in and drives me to success: 万丈高楼从地起，英雄何怕出身低.
