The Student Representative Committee and the Organising Committee would like to invite you to the UTAR Ball 2011. Please refer to the attached poster for details.

Procedures of Ticket Purchase for Alumni

Please

1) Make payment at Division of Finance (DFN) of any Campus of UTAR by 14/4/2011.

2) Email the receipt number (issued by DFN) to DSA officer in-charge, Mr. Chin Yi Heng , at chinyh@utar.edu.my, to reserve the number of seat(s) you have paid. The DSA officer will revert confirmation of your seat(s) after verification of payment.

3) Bring along the original receipt issued by DFN on the evening of UTAR Ball for redemption of your ticket(s) at the Alumni counter at Sunway Lost World of Tambun, Ipoh.
