2012 Astro 國際華裔小姐之旅 (Miss Astro Chinese International PAGEANT)

Freda Foong (batch of March 2010, Bachelor of Communications (HONS) Public Relations), a diligent girl with a zealous heart has come a long way to this success as being the finalist of the Astro International Chinese Pageant. She believes that her journey is a form of challenge to her and makes her a better person now. When she was eliminated from the second semi-final, she was given another chance. With her enthusiasm, she attained herself a place in the pageant as the top 12 finalist from the revival session. She felt honoured to be one of the finalists and she enjoyed the competition very much that day.

Freda赛后感言:

我的人生我來決定
由辭職的那一天到今天

一路走來這3個月，我從不後悔這一個選擇反而是我的榮幸曾經踏上這美麗的旅程。

有人問我媽，你有什麼感想時，她說很感動。
我想：
媽媽從來沒有想過有一天能在觀眾席上能給自己的女兒掌聲⋯⋯

而我自己，當下聽見家人與朋友的歡呼聲時，
忍不住與他們揮揮手，感動又興奮⋯⋯

把它作為是我人生中最後一場Show, 自己是節目的一分子。
努力的表現自己最好的，表演每一樣事情，每一個部分。

還記得老師說心態很重要
這是一場比賽，但對我而言這是一場美好的旅程
有快樂，有難受，有笑過，有哭過⋯⋯
一一都經歷了，美麗的自己會蔓延下去。

我相信現在不是永遠
這是一個平台讓自己看清楚以後的路該怎麼走。

我還是勝了因為我沒有輸掉我的笑容，我的家人與朋友的支持
