For the Kuala Lumpur campus workshop, besides the regular UTAR Office of Vice President (R&D and Commercialisation) and the Institute of Postgraduate Studies and Research (IPSR), DARP also invited Malaysian-American Commission on Educational Exchange (MACEE) and IDP Education to present in the workshop, so that the students were provided with information about postgraduate studies both locally and overseas.

For the Perak campus workshop, DARP invited Malaysian-American Commission on Educational Exchange (MACEE), Australian Trade Commission and Australian Educational International (AEI).

Vice President Prof Dr Lee Sze Wei, himself, spoke for his office.  He advised the attending students on the various options available and considerations to be taken for pursuing postgraduate studies locally and overseas.
