Tea Meeting with the President November 2013

On 20^th and 21^st November 2013, the graduating students of Faculty of Creative Industries, Faculty of Arts and Social Science and Institute of Chinese Studies met with UTAR President, Engr. Prof. Dato' Dr. Chuah together with other senior management officers.

 

The president, Prof Chuah gave a speech to the students.

 

Light refreshment was served right after the meeting. Graduating students got a chance to interact with the President and senior management officers.

 

Also, information counters were set up by the Department of Alumni Relations & Placement, Department of Soft Skills Competency, Division of Programme Promotion and Center of Extension Education to provide useful information for the graduating students.

 

Students listened attentively during the FCI Tea Meeting.

 

Ms Sum Kwai Seong, Head of Department of Alumni Relations and Placement (DARP) introduced the services rendered by the department to the students.

 

Mr Emin Ng, Chairman of UTAR Alumni Association of Malaysia introduced Alumni Association to the students. He explained the role of the Association to the students after they graduated from UTAR.

 

The tea meeting event ended about 12:30pm.
