It is a great pleasure for UTAR Alumni Association of Malaysia to be given the chance to participate this kind of meaningful and helpful event.

I have learnt a lot on the entrepreneurship and team management concepts by the speakers.

On the first day, 24 October 2014 (Friday), was being officially launched the 2 day programme at 8.30am. The speakers for the day had introduced the title for the forum. Speakers basically based on their experiences and  shared with the audience.

On the second day, 25 October (Saturday), there was one company which has been practicing confucious teaching at his company and had been attracted by other institutions all over the world.

A Korean speaker had set up a very good top management style before setting up the operations as decision makers. He recommended customer driven management style.
