Mr. Oon Kam Hoe is currently a lecturer attached with the Department of Entrepreneurship of the Faculty of Business & Finance, University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia. Before he joined in academia, he was working in SONY Supply Chain Solutions (Malaysia), Samsung Malaysia Electronic (SME) and DHL Express (Malaysia). He earned both his academic degrees -  Master of Science (International Business) and Bachelor degree of International Business Management, from the Universiti Utara Malaysia in year 2010 and 2006 respectively. At present, he is pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy from Universiti Sains Malaysia in studying on internationalisation of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In UTAR, he has been teaching management related subjects ranging from entrepreneurship, international business, supply chain management, business ethics and business finance. His research areas are in international business, logistics and supply chain management, internet of things and human resource management.
