Julian is a lecturer for the Faculty of Business & Finance, University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia. He holds an MBA, and a degree in Business Administration. He is currently pursuing his PhD

His academic research interests include areas related to positive organizational psychology, personality psychology, organizational behavior, emotions,and motivation.
