VIBRI-SAFE system was developed a low-cost IoT-based monitoring prototype incorporating an Arduino Uno microcontroller and MPU6050 tri-axial accelerometer. The system records multi-axis vibration signals, stores them via an SD card module, and enables subsequent data processing using Python to compute RMS, VDV, and Static Compression Dose (Sed), normalised against ISO 2631-1 8-hour exposure limits.
