DEPARTMENT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP




A dramatic change in the ways business firms compete locally and globally in the increasingly turbulent, uncertain environments has prompted an urgent need for a new breed of business elites who can be both managerially competent and entrepreneurially driven to sustain long-term performance excellence for their organizations.  In this regard, entrepreneurship education has been critically recognized by today's business practitioners, researchers, academicians, and policy makers as one of the most useful curriculums for enhancing firm competitiveness, individual wealth and national growth.

 

The Department of Entrepreneurship (DoENT) offers Bachelor of Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) program aims at developing a new generation of entrepreneurship graduates who are not only deliberately managerial but also innovative, proactive, and venturesome ready to excel in the challenging business world.    In this program, we focus on the development of our students? entrepreneurial characteristics through a series of lectures, tutorials, case studies, consultancies, simulations, coaching, and mentoring.  We also place great emphasis on their learning process from entrepreneurship theory and practice to skills development.  Our full-time, dedicated teaching staff who have years of teaching excellence, industry experience, and research records are the driving force behinds the continued success of our BBA (Hons) Entrepreneurship program in the Country.
