Gengeswari is a proactive academic with 18+ years of teaching experience at undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) levels in several local and international institutions. She has supervised many UG final-year projects and research works of PG students. Her research interests include but are not limited to various consumer behaviour topics related to tourism, education, gastronomy, healthcare, and retailing. She is also well-versed in various quantitative and qualitative research techniques. So far, she has authored many articles in internationally referred journals and conference proceedings while securing several research grants and consultancy projects over the same tenure.
