Programme Learning Outcomes (PLO)

 

PLO1

Apply fundamental retail concepts in a variety of sectors and organizations.

   

PLO2

Apply research methods to understand consumers, managing risk and solving complex problems.

   

PLO3

Demonstrate leadership skills, decision making capacities and accountabilities in managing duties and responsibilities.

   

PLO4

Demonstrate the professionalism in managing retail business and understand ethical principles and social responsibility.

   

PLO5

Demonstrate interpersonal, social, teamwork, and communication skills in a business environment effectively to convey strategies, policies, practices, procedures and operational efficiency throughout the organization to achieve its objectives.

   

PLO6

Integrate knowledge using critical, analytical and evaluation skills to resolve issue with creative and innovative solutions in new retail environment.

   

PLO7

Use a broad range of information technology, multimedia and applications and communicate numerical, graphical or visual data in businesses or careers.

   

PLO8

Develop self-directed lifelong learning and entrepreneurial skills to analyze retail and consumer trends, interpret critical operational factors and develop viable solutions to face challenges in the retail world.
