SUPP Seeks A Role In UTAR
The Sarawak United People's Party (SUPP) hopes to play a significant role in the proposed UTAR branch campus project in the state.
SUPP information and publicity secretary Datuk Alfred Yap Chin Loi said the party could, for example, help to raise funds and manage the Sarawak campus.
Datuk Yap, who is also state Assistant Minister for Planning and Resource Management, said that there were suggestions that the campus be located in Kuching, Sibu or Bintulu.
