The second of 10 torch runs to mark the ground-breaking ceremony for Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman's (UTAR) main campus in Kampar on Jan 12 was launched at Langkap, about 50km from Ipoh, yesterday.

The first torch was lit in Tapah on Dec 2 and taken around Tapah and Tanjung Malim.

The theme of yesterday's run is Torch Run Towards Excellence in Utar.
