UTAR Dream Comes True Today

Today marks another milestone for MCA's education programme when the first batch of 495 students register themselves at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) at its temporary campus here.

The building, which was the old office of The Star, is now a fully equipped institution of higher learning - including lecture halls, tutorial rooms, multi-media laboratories, Internet stations, library and cafeteria.

UTAR got an early boost of international recognition with its International Advisory Council comprising nine renowed academicians and experts in various fields - three Malaysian and six foreigners.
