MCA To Star Fund-Raising For UTAR Once Economy Fully Recovers

The MCA will only start fund-raising to build a permanent campus for its Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) when the economy fully recovers, MCA president Dato' Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik said today.

"We must start at the right time. Until then, UTAR will remain in a temporary premises," he told reporters after attending the Tunku Abdul Rahman (TAR) College's Perak branch convocation, here.
