New University Complex

A purpose-built Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman will be built on the main campus of the Tunku Abdul Rahman in Kuala Lumpur.

The complex is expected to be completed by the middle of next year, MCA president Dato' Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik said yesterday.

Speaking to reporters during a visit to the temporary campus here, he said the new complex would cover 60,000 sq m of floor space, accommodate 5,000 students and meet the university's operational needs in its first few years.
