Lorry driver Law Han Tong, who has never stepped foot in a university, was among the thousands of guests invited to the opening of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman on Tuesday and it was one occasion he will never forget. "I have never experienced what campus life is like. Walking into TAR College for the opening of UTAR was something I appreciate very much.
