The University will take disciplinary action against any staff member in the event of the following after a due inquiry process:
(a) Any wilful breach of the contract of employment,
or
(b) Any misconduct,
or
(c) Any indiscipline,
or
(d) Any inefficiency or unsatisfactory performance
