Employee Relations Unit

The Employee Relations Unit provides staff members with advisory functions as well as enforces and implements of the terms and conditions of employment as contained in the UTAR Handbook of Human Resource Policies and Regulations.  

 

Generally, the Employee Relations Unit is responsible for all Industrial Relations (IR) or Employment Relations (ER) related issues, as well as matters pertaining to the Employee Engagement Initiatives (EEI) and activities.
