Talent Management Unit is responsible for the following core functions:
(a) Recruitment of staff members - from placing advertisement of job vacancies, receiving and screening of applicants, processing of shortlisted candidates and arrangement of interviews as well as staff placement.
(b) Manpower planning and projection - review and coordinate the overall manpower planning framework of the University.
(c) Performance management – co-ordinate the yearly performance appraisal and promotion of staff members.
