The Compensation and Benefits Unit provides staff advisory functions as well as enforces and implements the terms and conditions of employment as contained in the UTAR Handbook of Human Resource Policies and Regulations.  

 

Generally, this unit is responsible for overall effective administration of the staff benefit plans as well as identifying and establishing operational guidelines for the plans.  Besides, the unit also process the staff monthly salary payments which include payments for overtime, allowances, lawful deduction from salaries and contribution to statutory bodies. 

 

 

This unit is also responsible for maintaining personal records and information of staff.
