The University provides mileage allowance to staff members who are required to use their own vehicle to carry out official duties.

The rates for reimbursement for motorcar and motorcycle are listed in the Handbook on HR Policies and Regulations under Appendix 3 and are available for viewing at the staff intranet under UTAR Policies - DHR.
