Performance Appraisal for Confirmation

A staff member who has completed the probation period as stipulated in their appointment letter shall be considered for confirmation by the Appointment & Confirmation Committee. 

 

The Division of Human Resource would notify the staff member concerned and request he/she to complete the Performance Appraisal Form for their confirmation of employment in the University.

 

The staff member is required to submit all related supporting documents as required in the Performance Appraisal Form for evaluation by his superiors.

 

The staff member shall be considered for confirmation if he has fulfilled the confirmation criteria set by the University.  The University reserves the right to extend the probationary period in the event that the staff member is not able to meet the conditions stated in the confirmation criteria.
