Application of Teaching Permit

Newly joined academic staff members who do not posses a valid Teaching Permit are required to apply for the Teaching Permit via MOHE Teaching Permit Application System at https://eipts.mohe.gov.my/eipts/tplog/index.  DHR will register the staff in the e-IPTS and the staff will receive the userid and password via their email.

 

The staff is required to access the MOHE Teaching Permit System and fill in their details as required.   They are required to submit their details and print out the Teaching Permit Application Form (Borang A) from the system.   

 

The staff is required to submit the Borang A and the supporting documents for the teaching permit application to DHR for submission to the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) WITHIN ONE (1) WEEK from his date of joining UTAR.

 

DHR will arrange to submit the duly completed Borang A with the supporting documents to the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) for issuance of the Teaching Permit.

 

The original copy of the teaching permit will be forwarded to the academic staff member for his safe-keeping and the University may request the staff member to produce the original copy for sighting by the MQA accreditation panel members or as and when required.
