Staff members may apply for sponsorship from the university to attend a training organised by an external provider which is subjected to the application meeting the criteria for sponsorship stated in the Policy on Sponsorship to Attend Training and Conference.

Staff members who wish to attend a training on self-funding basis may be granted training leave.
