The University advocates the fostering of partnerships with foreign universities to  have an international network of scholars who can engage in intellectual and cultural exchange to enhance the quality of the learning experience at UTAR.

Academic staff members may apply to undergo a Staff Exchange Programme to conduct teaching at partner institution/universities with the assistance of the Division of Community and International Networking.
