On-Job Training (OJT)

On-Job Training (OJT) focuses on the acquisition of skills and knowledge required for the job that is passed on by a supervisor or an experienced staff to the newly joined/promoted staff member in the department.

 

Faculty General Office staff members will undergo a structured OJT training at the Division of Examinations, Awards and Scholarships, Department of Admissions and Credit Evaluation, Division of Finance and Department of Student Affairs.
