The Division of Human Resource would like to inform that staff would be able to view their emergency contact from the “My Account” in web2.  If the person to be contacted in case of emergency has not been provided earlier, there will not be any information in the emergency contact details.

Please note that you are required to update the emergency contact details in the “My Account” if there are any changes.  

Please ensure that your emergency contact is updated regularly so that the University would be able to get in touch with your family/relatives in case of emergency.
