Quality Objectives
FMHS
- Ensure at least 75% of respondents who graduated are satisfied with services rendered
- Ensure at least 75% of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery undergraduates graduate within five years.
- Ensure at least 75% of Bacheor of Chinese Medicine (Hons.) undergraduates graduate within five years
- Ensure at least 75% of allied health sciences (Bachelor of Nursing (Hons.) and Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons.)) undergraduates graduate within four years.
- Ensure at least 75% of full-tme academic staff attend at least one continuing professional development activity per year.
DFN
- Ensure at least 70% of customers are satisfied with services rendered.
- Ensure student feedback on fees inquiry is resolved/attended to within 7 working days.
- Ensure payments are made twice a month to suppliers.
DHR is committed in ensuring that the requirements for the human resource services are planned and managed effectively in meeting the ISO Quality Objectives.
