UTAR is committed to continually improve its Medical and Health Sciences Educational Services and Financial Management Services in assuring customer satisfaction. 
 
Quality Objectives

 

FMHS
 
  • Ensure at least 75% of respondents who graduated are satisfied with services rendered
  • Ensure at least 75% of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery undergraduates graduate within five years.
  • Ensure at least 75% of Bacheor of Chinese Medicine (Hons.) undergraduates graduate within five years
  • Ensure at least 75% of allied health sciences (Bachelor of Nursing (Hons.) and Bachelor of Physiotherapy   (Hons.)) undergraduates graduate within four years.
  • Ensure at least 75% of full-tme academic staff attend at least one continuing professional development activity per year. 
 
DFN
 
  • Ensure at least 70% of customers are satisfied with services rendered.
  • Ensure student feedback on fees inquiry is resolved/attended to within 7 working days.
  • Ensure payments are made twice a month to suppliers.
