In line with the overall strategic goals of the University, the Division of Human Resource (DHR) seeks to strengthen the University's competitive advantage through quality staff; seeking to recruit the best and to nurture an environment conducive for staff's career development apart from servicing them in all HR related matters.
There are five key units in DHR which is under the supervision of the Director of DHR. Each of the unit is responsible for the various activities and processes:-
1) DHR - Kampar Campus
2) Employee Relations Unit
3) Training and Development Unit
4) Talent Management Unit
5) Compensation and Benefits Unit
A Head of Department assists in supervising the various activities and processes of DHR in Kampar Campus.
DHR utmost priority is to design, develop, implement and maintain strategic objectives and operational plans that will align with and support the mission, strategy and priority issues of UTAR in a clear and cohesive manner.
