The University conducts an Annual Performance Appraisal whereby the staff members are appraised based on the accomplishment of tasks and objectives as set out by the University's Key Performance Indicator(KPIs) / Key Results Areas (KRAs) and Competencies requirements.
The Annual Performance Appraisal period is normally between July of the previous year to June of the following year.
The Division of Human Resource would broadcast via the University's mail master to inform all staff members on the Annual Performance Appraisal exercise and the deadline for submission of the Annual Performance Appraisal form must be strictly observed.
The staff performance in the Annual Performance Appraisal serves as one of the criteria for determination of salary increment, bonus payment, promotions as well as other staff benefits.
